The property maintenance of their premises had never been managed by a single provider and a large number of contractors were being managed internally by BIW. The solution accommodated the planned growth of the company to ensure that the services were flexible enough to incorporate this without spiralling costs in the future. A comprehensive solution was devised incorporating all planned & preventative maintenance including cleaning, M&E, electrical, waste, general maintenance, and much more.

Within 3 months of the contract commencement, XPS & BIW successfully implemented a re-cycling system which improved Health & Safety, reduced BIW’s carbon footprint and delivered a 30% reduction on waste disposal costs.
