Accreditations
However, this local, friendly approach to managing your property maintenance is governed by a totally professional structure. XPS have chosen a number of key, National Bodies to accredit our services and systems. This brings you a professional and consistent service in every respect. The accreditations we hold are:

BSI ISO 9001:2008: this standard directs our Quality Management System ensuring that every element of our business from call outs to invoicing has a defined structure and all elements are geared towards Quality & continuous improvement. When things go wrong, as they sometimes do in our industry, our QMS ensures we can rectify problems seamlessly and apply corrective action.

BSI 18001: this standard governs our approach and methodology for Occupational Health & Safety. It is not an easy accreditation to achieve as the bar is set very high for companies to demonstrate that they actively promote OH&S and that it is a fundamental part of the business, on very level.  We take Health & Safety very seriously, for our own employees and contractors and for yours. This accreditation not only means we comply with the most relevant legislation but that we follow comprehensive cycle of Plan, Do, Check, Act. We keep you safe.

BIFM: XPS are corporate members of the British Institute of Facilities Management. This provides us with the latest innovations and trends in our industry, nationally and internationally. It also provides us with critical information and training that is 100% relevant to the service we are providing you.

Measurement
Using our QMS, XPS have developed an internal monitoring system to benchmark and improve the services you receive. We also apply this system to our Supply Chain Partners and any external specialists. What this means to you is that we constantly monitor and measure every element of the service against agreed Key Performance Indicators to ensure we are meeting the targets we agree with you as an absolute minimum.

At the beginning of each new partnership with each customer, we work with them to identify what they need, what they expect and what they would like to achieve long term. This gives us a unique base to develop a measurement system against those targets. We revisit the targets regularly and make changes as and when necessary.

Manage
We have a deliberately flat structure in our business. From Contract Management to invoicing, we will address your every need, swiftly and clearly! You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to facilitate this and provide you with a single point of contact.

XPS use a sophisticated, yet incredibly user friendly software system to manage your operational requirements. As a client, you will have access to this system and if it suits the way you wish to work, you can add jobs as and when they occur. If you would rather not operate in that way then just leave that bit to us and you can simply view the jobs and monitor their progress.
