The Bedford Estates has an impressive portfolio including Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park, Woburn Golf Club, The Inn at Woburn, shops & restaurants, as well as over 350 residential, tenanted properties. They work with a number of contract partners to maintain their sites, on all levels. The Bedford Estates were looking for a contract partner to add to their approved list who could deliver reactive maintenance services. It was essential to The Estate that this new partner could demonstrate competency in all trades and were flexible, responsive and quality driven. They also wanted a partner who could deliver services for planned projects and refurbishments.
