The property maintenance of their premises had never been managed by a single provider and a large number of contractors were being managed internally by BIW. Rapid growth and an ageing property meant that BIW was struggling to manage the many services required to keep their premises safe, compliant and 100% operational at all times!

XPS assessed the needs of the property & created a bespoke FM package to suit the exact requirements of BIW. The solution accommodated the planned growth of the company to ensure that the services were flexible enough to incorporate this without spiralling costs in the future. A comprehensive solution was devised incorporating all planned & preventative maintenance including cleaning, M&E, electrical, waste, general maintenance, and much more.
