Absolutely! XPS hold public & employee liability insurance to £5 million.
What is XPS' scope of services?
XPS are a Facilities Management company and we provide commercial property maintenance and refurbishment, either on an adhoc or fully managed basis. Our services are all encompassing and cover everything from roof to ground in a commercial property! We typically provide our services in one, or all of the following ways:
• Reactive Maintenance
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Project Works
Do XPS offer regular maintenance contracts or just a call out service?
XPS provide both. We tailor our service to suit the needs of our clients and will design a package to suit you.
Are all your staff uniformed?
All XPS operatives are uniformed & therefore easily recognisable. Similarly, our vehicles are liveried with our distinctive pink logo!
What if I need work that requires more than one specialist trade?
XPS employ specialists in all trades. We ensure that all operatives are suitably qualified and fully reference checked before we use them and will manage and co-ordinate them so you have only one point of contact and one invoice.
How do you manage your contracts?
Regardless of the type of contract all customers are assigned a dedicated Account Manager. This improves communication and enables us to build a strong relationship to truly understand your needs!
What else is unique about your company?
XPS believe in keeping our service as simple as possible! For us, it’s about presenting the right solution and delivering it effectively! We aim to find you cost savings but improve the level of service. We have a number of key tools to help us achieve this.
How can I be sure that you operate to industry approved standards?
XPS are proud to have been awarded BSI ISO 9001;2015 for our Quality Management System and BSI ISO 18001 for Health & Safety. These means that all of our processes adhere to stringent processes & regulations, which are externally audited and approved by BSI. Our accreditation delivers quality driven, standard processes throughout every aspect of our business.
Do you use sub-contractors?
XPS believe in using specialists for each discipline. We also believe in keeping overheads at a minimum to ensure our customers achieve value for money. Therefore we employ suitably qualified Supply Chain Partners in each trade. We verify them thoroughly before appointing them and we ensure they share the same passion for attention to detail that we do. We aim to source local trades to deliver our services for a number of reasons: both XPS and our customers are provided with a more focussed service delivery; we are supporting local business and we can achieve a swifter, more effective response. All of our Supply Chain Partners are carefully measured and managed by XPS to provide you with total peace of mind. So don’t be surprised to see a tradesperson from your own town arriving at your property!
