Challenges
Regus provide service office solutions to a range of varied clients. As such it is imperative that their property is always running smoothly and that any issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
As a national company, Regus already had a national service provider for property maintenance. However, they were looking for a local company who could respond to issues on a daily basis and provide a wide scope of services for project work. The chosen company needed to compliment the national service and also support other Regus centres in the area.

XPS introduced a key team to Regus: this team included an account manager and a range of skilled operatives. This ensured that we were able to build a strong relationship with Regus and that they were familiar with the whole team. It also helped to build our understanding of Regus’ range of requirements.
XPS now provide reactive maintenance services to half a dozen Regus centres in and around Milton Keynes. We also provide some planned services such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning and deep cleans.
The scope of Regus’ requirements means that XPS have to be swift to respond, professional and have an intrinsic understanding of the infrastructure.
